The commissioning of a reverse osmosis station in a foundry was recently completed with the participation of SABO in the project.
This process produces water suitable for irrigation from the liquid product of the existing biological treatment. Our company has developed the software of the automation system which implements in the best way the technological process required.
Characteristic of this process is the use of dozens of instruments for measuring quantities such as pressures, temperatures, pH, conductivities, etc. For this reason, great importance was given, during the design and development of the HMI (Human Machine Interface) application, to the display of these sizes in a P&ID diagram but also in the ease of access and change of the relevant settings.
The installation works completely automatically and of course it is possible to remotely monitor the HMI application so that the physical presence of an operator is not required during the normal operation of the installation.
