SABO S.A. has been assigned the construction of the new RDF Debaling Unit for a Titan Cement Company SA plant.
Specifically, the modern process line will receive RDF as bales, which will be debaled and conveyed to an existing bulk receiving system for further dosing into the burner of the main production line of the plant.
In terms of a turnkey environmental solution, the scope of the project includes the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of the plant.
The new unit will contribute to the energy utilization of alternative energy sources (RDF material) instead of conventional ones (fossil fuel), thus minimizing the environmental impact of the production process.
